Emma was already quite lean, but wanted to reduce her body fat a little further before starting a muscle gaining phase. When she started working with me, her relationship with the scales wasn't very positive and she feared Carbohydrates. Now 2 months in, she understands weight fluctuations and the reasons behind them and is comfortable to weigh daily to gather our tracking data. She is also enjoying delicious Carbohydrates regularly and understands they do not equal weight gain when overall Calories are controlled.
