? 4 eggs
? 50g frozen onion, 10g peas
? 100g cooked potato
? 5g coriander
? 5g lazy chillis, 10g lazy garlic
? 1 can toms & 3 cherry toms
? 25g Eat Lean cheese

Fry onion in fry light, add seasoning, canned tomatoes, chilli, garlic and simmer for 10 mins to thicken.
Make 4 wells with a spoon and crack in the eggs.

Arrange sliced potatoes and cherry tomatoes on top. Grated cheese and coriander next. Then cover and simmer until the egg whites are cooked. Serve with toasted Lavash bread.
